We Are Nashville
Brand Identity | Logo Design | Print Design
In the aftermath of Nashville's historic flooding in 2010, two friends and I took initiative to support recovery efforts. I created an iconic design bearing the message "We Are Nashville."

The phrase "We Are Nashville" served as a unifying call to action, capturing the city's resolve to rebuild. The fundraising merchandise quickly became synonymous with the relief efforts, with all proceeds directed to the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee, a local organization providing vital support to the affected communities.

During CNN’s coverage of the aftermath of the flood, Anderson Cooper held up the We Are Nashville t-shirt as an example of the grassroots fundraising effort.

The merchandise not only raised substantial funds but also provided a symbol of resilience that resonated with Nashville residents. It became emblematic of the city's spirit in the face of adversity, and the campaign's success underscored the effectiveness of clear, purpose-driven design in mobilizing community action.
